This is our best meal in Amsterdam. Impressed by the Chef&rsquo;s creativity and ability in striking a balance among different ingredients. Could feel the Japanese element in some courses. The presentation of each course is beautiful and the food itself is flavourful. Will definitely come again!

The three-course meal here is amazing. The signature yew chowder is the most delicious I have ever tasted. It is a small compensation for myself after a week of exhaustion. ​

If you can only choose one place, it must be this one. From appetizers, main courses to desserts, all of them challenge your taste buds, and each one will make you praise it. ​I especially recommend the cheese rice bowl here, which is so delicious that it makes you doubt your life.

This restaurant is truly amazing. We had a very good time. The decoration is modern and stylish, the service very good and personalized , and everything we had was exceeding our expectation . Vermeer, a popular Michelin one-star restaurant in the city, was booked early. When I booked on the official website, I saw the beautiful design and fonts and had high expectations. In the end, it was the most disappointing meal. What the hell! It was sour, salty and weird. The ingredients didn&#39;t match. For example, pickled radish and beetroot with caviar and cream sauce, lobster with cucumber and honey pear with mayonnaise, every dish was very salty. The French are the best at making calf&#39;s sweetbreads, and it was my first time to eat roe deer. And the service was so bad that it could be described as rude. Anyway, our expressions were also very weird when we ate...

Great service and food. The gnocchi pistachio (special) was delicious. The house red wine was very reasonably priced and good. It&rsquo;s tight inside so be open to sitting near others. Food and drinks came very quickly after ordering.

There is a very good breakfast here, fried eggs are all of us like.

Very good food for Amsterdam. Location is a 10/10 and even though I had to fight a bit to get the answers I needed, the staff was knowledgeable about allergens and gluten free food.
